History

Our firm began in 2017, but our staff has over forty years of experience in Real Estate Management. We are licensed with the Georgia Real Estate Commission, and we are a member of the Better Business Bureau.

Specialties

Avatar has one primary goal: Net our clients the most money possible. Most of our clients receive double digit returns on their property. A primary path to doing so is to scrupulously vet applicants to get excellent tenants. We also strive to get the lowest possible prices from contractors. Unlike many Management Companies, we don't employ our own maintenance techs, tack on extra charges, take a percentage of a contractor's bill, or add a supervisory fee. Therefore we have no financial incentive to spend any more money for our clients than absolutely necessary. Next, our Management Fee is all-inclusive. This means our total cost for management is usually less than other companies, and we provide many more services. There are never extra charges for mailings, trip or service charges, bank fees, legal costs, or anything else other companies might charge which would significantly increase the amount of money you pay out of pocket each month. Clients get peace of mind, and pay less to get it at the end of the year. We also believe in good and open communication with our clients. Our clients are never left in the dark about their property. We call them or email them on a regular basis, and we inspect their property approximately every six weeks. We also send newsletters with information they can use.
