Pass by this one - property management is abominable. Used to be a lovely place to live until it changed hands. Look at the Google reviews and you will get the picture. Lots of nice alternatives...

Lived here when a one bedroom was $1200 a month and loved it. Very nice neighborhood and if something were to go wrong they showed up to fix it pretty quickly. Friendly staff and cool gym.
