Georgia Telco Credit Union was founded in 1934 by a group of telephone employees with an initial investment of $160. Since that time, the credit union has grown to be one of the largest credit unions in the State of Georgia. Its membership includes more than 90,000. In addition, the credit union serves the employees of more than 200 sponsor companies. Telco offers a variety of financial products and services that include savings, savings certificates, individual retirement accounts, checking accounts, auto loans, personal loans, mortgage services, credit cards and electronic services, which includes home banking and bill pay. Georgia Telco Credit Union is headquartered in Atlanta.
