Worst customer service I've ever experienced in buying a new phone! Every time I've replaced a phone the store (staff) where I've purchased,goes over the new phone with me and sets it up, etc....

great customer service, we have been to quite a few at&t stores and this one was by far the best it may not look the nicest from the outside but you get twice as much out of it, top notch store!
