Ashish Patel, MD

David Rowan, MD received his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and has been practicing medicine for over ten years. He has a special interest in preventative care and general medicine, with a goal of helping people achieve maximum quality of life. In his spare time, Dr. Rowan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, biking, visiting local parks, and reading or playing games with his daughters. Dr. Rowan is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.

Dr. Alena obtained his medical degree from the University of J.A. Komensky in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia. He completed his first residency and is board certified in ophthalmology in Czechoslovakia. Dr. Alena later moved to Canada where he taught medical students, conducted cancer research, and received his Ph.D. in Medical Sciences from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. Dr. Alena then traveled to the United States where he completed his residency training and fellowship in family practice at the East Tennessee State University. Dr. Alena is board certified in family medicine with extensive experience in primary care and special interests in preventive and emergency medicine and ophthalmology. He is dedicated to helping patients lead a healthy life style. Dr. Alena lives in Peachtree City with his wife, Jane, and two children. In his free time, he enjoys nature photography, orienteering running, and art and music. Dr. Alena is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the American Medical Association. He is available for appointments and accepts most major insurance plans.

Sandra Castle, M.D. graduated cum laude from Davidson College and earned her medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. She completed her residency at Eglin Air Force Base Family Medicine Residency outside of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. Dr. Castle is board certified in family medicine and is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. Since 2006, Dr. Castle worked as a primary care physician for the U.S. Air Force. She treats patients of all ages with special interests in adolescent and preventive medicine. She particularly enjoys translating the complex issues of healthcare into manageable steps to a healthier lifestyle. Dr. Castle recently moved to Peachtree City with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys preparing for 10K fun runs and volunteering in the elementary school. Dr. Castle welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
