HistoryAfter being in the gym as a client- I began development of YBRMethod- and then became certified as a yoga teacher. I taught over 1000 hours at LA Fitness as a group instructor- with bodyworks and yoga. In that time- I noticed just how very different each student was in there journey- differing enough that I decided to go into personal training- and teach one on one. After working at the gyms- I launched YBRMethod this year.SpecialtiesEach person has a unique plan for practice and none are exactly the same- That is how this approach is so refreshingly welcomed.
