As far as ordering I did it online and happy with the app. But that's it, a year ago I gave this Arby's a great review but now I must say DON'T GO to the Waycross Arby's. Rude service poor...

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich "Meatcraft", and our dedication to Meatcraft informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It's why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we're happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

I CAN NOT believe that I was allowed to order my food and then was turned away because "they don't have change for $100" like what in the world How can you own a business and then not have...

Might be 4 slices of beef on 2 beef and cheddars and not enough cheddar to even cover the bun. And you can't provide a receipt?? Second time asking for one. Pretty sure I'm getting ripped...

Horrible customer service. They did not make a point to give me ANY of the 4 sauces I PAID for. NONE. It's lazy and rude and a waste of money for customers. Also... they did not give my boyfriend...

3 times in the last few weeks been told they were out of roast beef. One night couldn't get anyone to take our order. Was not busy at the time. Two nights ago we were told the system was down...
