History

Apalachee Realty Inc. was formed in 2006 by Scott and his late father Tom serving as the original Broker. Tom had been in the real estate and investment property business in Winder for many years and Scott grew up in the business. Scott's wife Amy soon joined the firm as well and obtained her Broker's License too assuming the Managing Broker role as Scott serves as the Qualifying Broker after taking over from his father soon after the firm was established. Scott worked with Tom for many years as private investors before obtaining a real estate license in order to assist buyer and sellers with traditional real estate transactions as well as manage other investors portfolios. Amy worked in the real estate industry for many years as well working both in a traditional real estate firm as well as serving as a closing assistant at various real estate law firms. Our combined years of experience, with each of us having overlapping plus individualized skills, benefits our clients needs.
