Courteous staff who care about the animals. We were able to get an appointment when we needed it, and had no wait when we arrived.

Bad customer service. Very rude vet. aka Dr. Richmond. I saw bad reviews already and yet i tried their service since the vet my cat goes to was closed. It was a bad idea. Really money-making...
