S & A Industries was established in 1979 and initially specialized in procurement and installation of floor coverings for regional residential and commercial businesses as well as hotel projects. Over time, our scope broadened widely to include every facet of renovation, our focus sharpened on the hotel and resort industry, and our ability to perform expanded well outside our home base. We have now achieved a national reputation for our quality total renovation work for hundreds of large-scale hotel and resort projects. Our growth has been a direct result of consistently providing in-depth project involvement and hands-on management to achieve optimal results and to completely satisfy every one of our clients. S & A Industries is actively involved in each stage of the renovation process from design review, through cost analysis and product procurement, to doing the work completely to cover all punchlist items for our clients' acceptance of the finished job. We understand that completing what we do in the least disruptive and most timely fashion is key to meeting our clients' essential goal having an attractive, quality place for their guests. We take a comprehensive approach, working closely with our clients' staff. We create a detailed budget, both for costs and time, with task-specific identifications that leave no questions about intended scope and cost and time to complete.
