ALH|Podland Rental Homes was founded by combining two companies, Atlanta Legacy Homes (a builder/remodeler) with Podland Properties (an investment company) which were owned by brother and sister. After several years of managing both companies under the same roof, it was decided to officially open ALH|Podland Rental Homes as a property management company under the watchful eye of our managing broker, therefore, ALH|Podland Rental Homes was born. Still utilizing the same principals of management, use of the latest technology, professionals in property management, ALH|Podland Rental Homes is here to take on Atlanta!
