At Moonspin our dough is made fresh every day. Each dough ball is shaped by hand and proofed for over 60 hours before we spin it into a delicious pizza. Our sauces are homemade. We grind our own fennel seed, we grate our own cheese, we grow our own basil and with it we blend our own pesto. When in season we grow our own tomatoes and greens for our salads. We insist on creating the best salad dressings to pour over the freshest salad greens we can gather. The breadsticks are rolled and cut to order. Nothing is pre-made. We carefully choose our wines and our beers to compliment our menu. We buy organic and local as much as we possibly can. Even most of our paper products are “green.” We are passionate about our desserts which we make in-house and from scratch. From dough to dessert all of our recipes are of our own creation. We are dedicated to the art of pizza making. For us, pizza is not fast food; pizza is fine food!

Super friendly fun spot. The pizza and Stromboli are good. I tried the spaghetti squash and it was very good but nothing like I expected- more like a ragu.

Good pizza, but at a premium price. The staff is friendly, and the food is good, but for roughly $10 per pizza less..... fratellis is just as good if not better. Just IMO.
