I will never return to this store! Customer service was absolutely horrible. Didn't get the correct part and gave them all the right information. I know nobody wants to work in 2021 but come on....

Still no resolution with this issue. If you ever purchased an optimum battery, most are kept behind the counter so I can't believe that when I purchased it, they didn't ask what vehicle it was...

Stop by the Snellville location to have my battery checked and warranties if needed. I purchased the battery in April and they would not warranty the battery because I purchased from another...
