I asked lady help on an o2 sensor, I told her according to the scanner( I bought code scanner from store)it was sensor B1 S2 she said She didn't have it and didn't know if it was top or lower...

On 4-4-24 I went in to get a key fob battery and any guidance on how to install the battery. CHRIS was overtly RUDE and DISMISSIVE!! He acted as if he owned the store and not as a hired customer...
