No need to go there. They dont have any automation or biometrics for scheduling. Only one phlebotomist on duty. And neither one of the two days i attempted donation were willing to try a vein....

I'm really not sure as to why it now takes over 2 hours to be callled. Took 30 min to get screened now it's going on 2.5 hrs waiting ! Some of the staff are ok but the wait time is now insane! No...
