The reliability of A & G is at an all-time low which pulled a no show on a hot day in GA. To think they would respond with an apology or attempt to correct the issue by coming out to the residence...

Terrible customer service, plus after 2 service visits (and 1 no show) Gary (the owner) still refuse to order the parts from the manufacture to honor a warranty on a unit that is less than 3 years...
