Megan Freeman, Rex location: I have been a customer for years. Previous mgmt let the facility go downhill. Megan has cleaned up this facility. We feel safe in the storage area, before we did not....

Please do not store your things here customer service is the worst ......they put locks on your doors even if you have paid your storage .....it is not a clean place it is not a professional place...

This place is horrible!! They sold or "auction" my wife's belongings and had no valid reason why!! She was a paying tenant for 3 years. She never had a late payment. She had things stored from her...
