Management does not care. The only time the management has any urgency is if you give them the keys to your apt when your lease is up and you haven't cleaned your apt thoroughly.

Slummy apartments with horrible management. You get what you pay for. There was mold on my bathroom ceiling and it kept leaking and was never corrected. My window would fall out if it was touched...

It's an old building but perfectly charming - not cookie cutter. I have not had any issues that usually come with older buildings. It's not the quietest part of town but the price is incredible...

this place use to be a cool place to live until we were bought out by the new owners (selig). it's ran by a group called habersham. they are the worst. they say we have an onsite laundry room....
