Terrible Customer Service. Add addtional fees when the your POD arrives. Do not trust the information they give you because they will lie!!!! Unloaded pod and several items were damaged, NO hope...

I don't know how well Pack-Rat treats their customers but I can tell you how they treat neighbors of customers. Not well!! A pod was dropped off at the curb across from my driveway about 10 days...
