Dr. Jessica Cooper, DO, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist providing full-scope women's health care at Women's Care in Brandon, Tampa, and Sun City Center, FL. She specializes in high-risk pregnancy, preventive care, and minimally invasive and robotic-assisted gynecologic surgery. Dr. Cooper earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her OB-GYN residency at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital. Victoria Belogolovkin, MD, is an obgyn in Brandon and Tampa Bay. She is an obstetrician-gynecologist in the Tampa Bay area. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology with subspecialty certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her clinical interests include perinatal ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis, genetic testing, pathologic fetal growth, multiple gestations, and fetal therapy. Dr. Belogolovkin previously served as Medical Director of the Fetal Care Center of Tampa Bay.

Jillian Layne, PA-C, is a highly personable, driven, and team-oriented Physician Assistant who is dedicated to providing efficient and patient-focused healthcare with knowledge and compassion. In May 2019, Jillian obtained a Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences from Florida State University, and in August 2021, she obtained a Master of Medical Sciences from Nova Southeastern University. She previously worked at North Atlanta Primary Care as a Physician Assistant, where she obtained full medical histories, performed comprehensive physical examinations, provided diagnoses for patients of all ages in the out-patient setting, and developed appropriate treatment plans for the management of acute and chronic illnesses and diseases.
