so slow and sucky took 40 minutes for 2 kids meals and i requested a spicy zax sauce and got regular. very infuriating, bad zaxbys

Always something with this place. Waited at least 15 minutes in an empty parking lot for a 20 piece family meal. A family meal jams you up at 5pm?? Get home- no fries or Texas toast. My sons love...

Can never go wrong with Zaxby's chicken. Haven't had a bad meal yet. Even when the food is door dashed or ordered for delivery.
