Yvonne Bullard, MD, has been providing care to Panhandle women for over 30 years. Growing up in a military family, she lived in many cities but she has called Panama City home since the early 80s. She is proud to have served for five years of active duty in the US Air Force. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She has two daughters, four grandchildren, two dogs, and one very persnickety cat. To Dr. Bullard, caring for her patients means more than just reading the statistics in their charts. When you come for an appointment, she wants to know how your family is doing, how youre handling the stress of your job, and what has happened since she saw you last. This emphasis on patient-centered care is what sets Dr. Bullard apart from other OB/GYN offices. She remains a solo practitioner because she believes medical groups are focused on seeing as many patients as possibleand not on ensuring the quality care that each individual woman deserves.
