HistoryAngel Arroyo is the owner of The Loft Gym. This isn't your ordinary gym. This gym was created with the sole intention of getting you in the best shape possible by providing a targeted variety of group classes. There is a 2,000 sq ft area that has free weights, plate load and pin select machines, and cardio machines. But that is only a supplement to our core progam. The concept was created over the years through much trial and error while renting out small studios and space at other full service gyms. Eventually, Angel concluded that the greatest chance for success comes from getting involved in a group. The Loft Gym prides itself on the relaxed family style feel, the support members and staff provide each other to stay motivated, and the high positive energy felt each and every time you walk in.
