Yoga on the Beach

We are an eclectic spirited group that welcomes all yoga lovers experienced or not. We have Summer(Daylight Savings end) classes every Tuesday & Thursday from 6-7:15 pm. We have Winter(Daylight Savings begins) classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5-6:15 pm. On Saturdays at 9- 10:15 am. We enjoy a wonderful yoga lesson and then we walk to the nearby Cafe de Paris for coffee and a bite. Once a month we also have potluck after yoga and watch the sunset with food and wine. Come and relax and release your daily stresses. We look forward to meeting you!
