Beach Yoga at the North End of Manasota Key by Manasota Beach Road. Is on Summer Break. We will be back October 1st. Monday through Friday at 8:30 a.m. Our Beach Yoga is relaxing; it helps to get more flexible. This is all on a soft and forgiving surface, fresh air, beautiful views, a connection with nature, sunlight, vitamin D and the company of like-minded new and old friends. Rain or Shine! Yoga classes are designed for all abilities and ages. Our instructors will show you how to move without pain and injury. This activity can be started at any age. Locals and visitors are equally welcome. Morning classes to get the day started right. The teachers are certified and insured. Your Free Will Donations support the yoga classes.
