I've been a member for around a year. I joined as a beginner and all the instructors are amazing and it is a very welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

Yoga Den is so convenient for me and I love the classes they have to offer. I especially like "Yoga Faith - Slow Flow". Christian music, scripture and some great moves!!
