Kate is the owner and I love her Mind/Body class. They are judgement-free, which allows everyone to excel at their own skill level. I am definitely challenged physically - but not so overwhelmed...

Attended a few classes. Some really great teachers mixed with some really inexperienced and plain bad teachers. I've been practicing yoga for 10 years and some of the poses taught were incorrect....
