Our team consists of two anesthesiology-trained interventional pain specialists, Todd W. Mautner, DO, and Sameer K. Goel, MD. They both trained under nationally-renowned interventional pain expert Salim Hayek Ph.D., MD, at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. Both Drs. Goel and Mautner offer patients cutting-edge minimally and non-invasive therapies for various pain conditions.We provide services through what is referred to as a direct specialty care model. This model connects you with your specialist on a personal level and removes obstacles such as limited in-network provider options, prior authorizations, and denials so that you can get the care you need in a timely manner. Gone are the days of needing a referral and multiple primary care visits to see a specialist for a specific problem, ultimately delaying care.We understand that living with pain can be extremely difficult. Our direct specialty care model is designed to provide our patients with individualized care when they need it. With this model there are no treatment delays - instead of weeks to be seen, you'll be seen and treated within 1-2 business days. We know that living with chronic pain is frustrating and that it affects you personally, professionally, socially, emotionally, and financially.Imagine suffering from a painful condition such as a herniated disc and being told that you would have to complete 6-8 weeks of conservative care before you are allowed to have an epidural steroid injection, which would likely provide you with almost immediate relief of your symptoms.
