She practices medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology, and also has a special interest in treating autoimmune skin diseases. Dr. Weatherall received her bachelor's degree with honors from the University of Florida and her medical degree with academic and research honors from the University of Florida College of Medicine. While in medical school, she was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
