I just received my leather name tags with gold Aircrew wings, and I couldn't be more happy. They were picture perfect and for a fraction of what I paid for similar name tags from another vendor....

The customer service is not good here. They were irritated and non apologetic when I asked for corrections of errors on the monogramming. They did offer to discount the price which I declined....
