Wilfredo Chamizo, MD

Dr. Saccaro is a pediatric emergency medicine physician at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 1995.Dr. Saccaro earned her medical degree from St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies. She completed a pediatric residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital & Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey and a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida.

Dr. Siems specializes in pediatric critical care medicine at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She joined the hospital staff in 2020.She was mostly recently a critical care physician at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C., where she served as director of education for the hospital’s simulation program and for pediatric critical care medicine.Dr. Siems earned her medical degree from New York Medical College School of Medicine in Valhalla, New York. She completed an internship and residency in pediatrics at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, New York, where she also served as pediatric chief resident. She then completed a fellowship in critical medicine at Children’s National Hospital. She also holds a master’s degree in education from George Washington University. She has a particular interest in training non-technical skills including communication and leadership in medicine.

Dr. Hernandez is a pediatric anesthesiologist at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 2022.Previously, Dr. Hernandez was a pediatric anesthesiologist at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans.Dr. Hernandez earned her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, New York, followed by a surgical internship at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York. She completed a residency in anesthesiology from Montefiore Medical Center, followed by a pediatric anesthesiology fellowship from Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati.Dr. Hernandez is fluent in Spanish.
