Frank Alfano, Is a Florida Native who was born and raised in the Tampa bay area. With generations of knowledge and decades of exploring the local waters as a 25 Ton USCG Master Captain. He has been featured on the “SpearLife” TV on two episodes each of the last three seasons and on multiple local television appearances. His experiences as a former Firefighter/Paramedic, competition free diver, tournament spear fisherman and local outdoor enthusiast offer plenty of inspiration for new art.
