A good relaxing hotel, Starbucks coffee in the lobby and a game room. Hot tub and a swimming pool. A wonderful way to relax after a Universal Epic Day.

We popped in for a quick overnight visit to celebrate a friend's birthday. The hotel is really nice and we stayed in a suite that had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and a living area....

Decent affordable hotel close to Universal Studios. Free shuttle to Universal Studios. Close to shopping and dining. The room was spacious for 6 people.

the management here is not so good. First the toilet water came up from the shower and had poopy water. We got it fixed. The "room service" isn't actually room service but is actually grubhub....

do yourself & your family a favor & PLEASE STAY ELSEWHERE! we came here for 6 nights to celebrate my daughter's birthday at the orlando theme parks & our stay here the worst part of the trip....
