West Melbourne Community Park, formerly known as Max K. Rodes Park, is a newly renovated park in West Melbourne, FL that offers a range of recreational amenities for visitors of all ages. The park features the Space Coast Field of Dreams, a special needs playground, adaptive use baseball field, soccer field, basketball court, and a 9-hole miniature golf course.
Founded on the dream of Jim Tapp, a retired firefighter, the Space Coast Field of Dreams is the first park in the State of Florida built entirely for children and adults with disabilities. With the support of Brevard County and the City of West Melbourne, this unique sports park provides an inclusive and meaningful recreational experience for individuals with special needs.

Lovely family park to go too. The park is always clean specially the splash zone. It's a nice place to spend an afternoon with the kids without breaking the bank.
