This Wendy's has some staff that did not know how to work the rewards program. I got to the counter with my rewards QR code and a paper coupon and the lady was not sure how to get the order in....

There was not one, not two but three roaches in my food. Roaches. In. The. Food. This place genuinely needs to close down because its a health hazard honestly.
