service is always great but the company needs to hire more people. came in to pick up my mobile order maybe almost 20 minutes before work. stood there for what it felt like more than 10 minutes...

This Wendy's is a hit-or-miss. Sometimes my food is hot, sometimes my order is complete and sometimes the employees are nice. The rest of the time it's fine. I learned that it is better to order...

Do not waste your time coming here they close the lobby during the day time and make you wait 10 mins to order saying to hold on then they forget half the items you ordered !!!!

when I was going to place my order it was packed one person on the register, the young lady was her second day around her could not put coupon codes for our meals. Also, one of the workers...

I like the double all the way when it's fresh off the grill... But I question why there are three lefts and a right turn to get through the drive-thru? I guess the architect wasn't a rocket...
