Lady gave me a hard time about getting 100's for 20's AKA change. Is that not the purpose of a bank? Won't be back UCF one is a lot nicer anyway

1hr 15 minute wait to do wire transfer. Did not have appointment so I guess that is my fault. The days of simple walk in banking are gone. Understaffed for expeditious customer service.
