Charlene Gala was extremely cold and rude. She really needs to work on customer service to keep up with the previous awesome experiences we've had with Wells Fargo in the past.

Personally, I never had an issue here. Came in did what I needed to do. On occasion I signed some paperwork or something that's about it.
