AVOID ! Total bait/switch. Their 'offer' is simply a max value of what they 'might' pay and they start making deductions from there... They make all kinds of deductions of actual or perceived...

After assessing my vehicle I was offered an insulting offer based on what I was quoted. You are better off selling your car privately as you get more value aligned with the market.
