Slower than molasses service . I have been with this credit union for year but honestly I'm thinking this is horrible service and to make a withdrawal should not take 15 Minutes at 10 AM .

Terrible customer service, in We Florida Financial of Pembroke Pines, to open the CD took almost one hour, because the representative was rude and had no experience doing her job.

Terrible customer service. They don't care about their members. They don't follow directions. They don't communicate. They won't answer your phone calls. You'd be better off doing everything...
