Located 30 miles northeast of Tampa on the Gulf Coast, our active 55+ community offers over 200 full hookup sites, as well as one- and two-bedroom rental homes and home sales. Our spacious premium rentals have one or two bedroom with queen bed(s), plus a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 4-6 guests. These pet-friendly rentals come furnished and feature a modern open floor plan with amenities that include a private bathroom, heat and air conditioning, linens, washer and dryer, flat screen cable TV, and Wifi to keep you connected. The kitchen provides full appliances, a toaster, coffee maker, cookware and dinnerware. Each rental also comes with either a covered porch, covered concrete patio and carport area, or a full side deck that includes patio furniture and a propane grill; plus, a concrete driveway for easy parking.
