Nice, friendly people who provide excellent service. I had them size wedding rings and provide an insurance appraisal on them. They have reasonable prices, lower than most Pensacola jewelry stores...

I brought my titanium divers watch to them to have the battery replaced, and it took about 5 minutes. The cost was neither high nor low for this type of service.

Such torn experience. I can't speak to their jewelry service, but I would be hesitant to take your watch there for service. First the bad, I took my every day watch in to get the battery replaced...
