Walmer Air Conditioning & Heating Co. was founded by Frank C. Walmer in July 1st 1988. A veteran and Pensacola native, Frank went on to serve in the Vietnam war and the Baltimore police department. After working for Smith plumbing for a few years he decided to go on business for himself. Loaded with energy, integrity and good ethics he successfully ran the company for 29 years.
