Wallen Chiropractic

History

. In 1980, Dr. Wallen relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida for over 10 years she successfully maintained two Chiropractic clinics and two exercise rehabilitation facilities. In 1988 she opened the first Chiropractic rehabilitation facility in the state, 60% of her patients were medical referrals for pre and post-surgical conditions and strength training. During 1996-1998, she attended classes to study in depth Spinal/Joint Exercise Rehabilitation, through continuing education (300 credit hours), resulting in a Level Three of the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board.

Our mission is to provide quality Chiropractic care to all in need of living a healthier, happier life, with less pain, and increased body/joint function. Dr. Wallen is a Participating Physician in the Veterans Healthcare System. Patients need only to contact his/her primary physician in the VAHCS, asking for a referral to Wallen Chiropractic Centre - Dr. Ida S. Wallen. Our entire office staff takes great joy and pride in providing our deserving veterans Chiropractic care! Dr. Ida Wallen has completed three years of additional training and courses in the specialty of Spinal/Joint Exercise Rehabilitation, and opened the first Chiropractic Rehabilitation facility in the State of Florida in 1988. She acquired a Level Three of the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Certification Board.
