My regular groomer was not there. due to surgery. I left my dogs there at 9am and I get a call from one of them that they couldn't brush the one dog out after bathing and would have to shave her....

I took my Cocker Spainel to this groomer and the owner took the opportunity to tell me an first time customer that me dog was not a good looking cocker spaniel..... Ok well guessing her business...
