I got there and I sat down with my family the workers saw us and they never even asked for our drinks we were there for about 30 min and still we did not get served!

They charge 20% for any to-go order. How insane is that???? So if I wanted to grab 2 bacon egg and cheeses they charged me $4 extra dollars for no reason. I can't believe it.
