Check out was at 11 and front desk said we could eat and wait for our ride to the airport I guess the w would rather us wait on the street And the guy in the photo is a completely rude person ....

Girls trip to miami. Room could have been cleaner for the price. I'm also shocked they didn't provide washcloths and only a super hard cheap loofah. I had to run to target for washcloths. I guess...

Out of all of our vacation choices, the W hotel in Miami would have to be the bottom. Clearly, there is much improvement to be made with staff/guest communication.
