Covenant Hospice is a nonprofit organization that provides hospice and palliative care services to patients and their families. Located in Marianna, Fla., it provides a variety of health and support service options. The center has partnerships with multiple hospitals, nursing facilities, adult living facilities and other organizations. Its hospice care team includes medical doctors, registered nurses, home health aides, social workers, chaplains and volunteers. The center s nursing and personal care services include pain and symptom management and 24-hour personal care services. It offers a program for children and youth that provides in-house nursing and personal care, counseling, supportive therapies and volunteer services. Covenant Hospice additionally offers bereavement, children's support, chaplain and volunteer services.
