Stopped in due to my husband having phone problems, Fabian was our customer service rep, got everything set up and we upgraded our phones. Very patient knowledgeable rep.

WOW. Didn't think it was possible, but the customer care line is as bad as store. All they want is to get you into direct pay. I wouldn't trust this company or Verizon with my checking account...
