Fort Pierce, FL 34949

The USS Muliphen, also known as AK-61, is currently housed at the St. Lucie County Regional History Center in Fort Pierce, Florida. Sunk approximately 14 miles east of Fort Pierce, the vessel is now utilized for recreational diving and as an artificial reef, with artifacts salvaged from the site displayed at the center.

The History Center actively seeks additional historical artifacts related to the Muliphen for preservation and display. Among the current exhibits is a Higgins Boat, which has been updated to reflect the Muliphen's identification, along with carefully restored items such as a Wardroom Ashtray and a Baseball Uniform used by the ship's crew.
